“Really good service. When my first canvas arrived it had been damaged in transit as well as the box. I let Wallart Direct know and they sent out a replacement straight away and that one arrived about a week later in perfect condition.”

“Excellent service and extremely helpful staff. We ordered the wrong size of Banksy Mural due to our Decorator and have been advised our payment will be refunded within 5 days. We will order the correct size of Mural once we receive our refund. Lauren replied to our emails quickly and was fantastic. She’s a credit to the Company.”

“My print arrived quick and well packaged. However the print was in reverse. I messaged customer service and had a replacement out to me the next day. Mistakes happen, so how it is rectified is how I judge. Great service. Would use again.”

“Customer service were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Ordered it on Monday arrived Friday ( good service considering how busy parcel couriers are at moment) wrapped securely, the canvas itself is of high quality, the colours are vivid and the picture is perfect. Overall for first purchase an excellent experience, shell order from them again.”
