“Ordered two weeks ago, order still says processing and when I have asked for an explanation and when that was ignored, cancellation of the order and a refund contact is still ignored. Phone number is not correct either so no way of speaking to someone, so I will need to go through my bank. AVOID!”

“Very disappointed with the wallpaper. I thought it will be wallpaper but it was a sticker which was extremely difficult to put. Me and my wife has spent almost 3 hours putting on the wall and next day morning it came off and fell. They should have sent me a wallpaper instead of sticker with poor quality glue.”

“Ordered two canvas prints of different sizes. They arrived within a couple of days after ordering. They were well packaged. Pleased with deal. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that material could have been wrapped a little tighter around frame. otherwise all good.”

“Unfortunatly i sent an e.mail 20th to yourselves regarding if my goods had been despatched and still awaiting a reply,also tried to phone the phone number on your website but seems unavailable.Courier sent a text to say delivering 20th,but did not deliver,tracking says a delay .I have still not received my goods,so cannot really give a review on goods.”

“Nice painting but some parts cannot be unseen. Frame should have been bigger so that none of the painting should appear on the sides i.e. white canvas only around the sides.”

“For me, unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with The communication elements of this company. Previously, I have purchased a gift for a friend via a online purchasing platform which was not their website. When I placed my most previous order, directly from the wall art website , their systems had mixed up the names and addressed correspondence to me from my previous orders recipients details. I contacted the company to address this matter, they did not return my call as promised, and offered no solution. It was clearly a mixup within their internal systems. It makes me question how they hold and safeguard their customers information. The item we ordered was satisfactory, the artwork was mounted well, however the frame had a unsatisfactory finish to the corner joint section. - not wanting to have the hassle of returning the item we were able to rectify it ourselves. it is unlikely that I will recommend or use this company again.”

“Really easy to find what I wanted and get it ordered - no tracking or email hint as to when it would arrive, but when it did, (not too many days after I ordered!) it was exactly what I ordered, well made and very securely packaged. Deffo use Wallart again!”
