“I ordered a large wall art piece, it was very difficult to put on the wall. I would have been better if the backing was in 2 halves to make the process easier. We have ended up with creases in the wall art and I think this was due to the sticker not being on the backing correctly.”

“Good service, we really liked the picture and the frame although there were few scratches on the frame. These are visible if we get close to the picture. We decided to keep it rather than going through the hassle of returning. over all picture looks good and service was good.”

“I ordered a wall canvas art from Wallart-Direct during the Covid 19 "lockdown". They made it clear that orders will be dispatched once a week and true to form the day after the dispatch day, I received the order. A large selection of canvas art to choose from and based upon my order, it is of good quality.”

“A present for my brothers 60th Birthday & he loves it 👨🏻‍🎤 Would have been 5stars if my e mail about the date of his birthday had been acted upon as it was delivered way to soon. I ordered early because of possible Covid hold ups. He’s Happy so I’m Happy & would not hesitate to order in future.”

“Excellent service. Arrived very quickly. Only small critism I have is some of the transfer fell off the backing sheet before we got them in place, so it was a bit of guess work to put them in the correct place. But it looks fab and we are very pleased with the result.”

“The item arrived on time a tracking was good. A little disappointed there were no fixings supplied and the wood used was leaking sap quite a lot but otherwise fine, used wallart direct before and sercice always good.”

“Beautiful artwork which was speedily processed and delivered promptly and safely. One suggestion would be to add a 'gift' option, possibly with the chance to include a personalised message to be directly addressed if sending as a present.”

“All good apart from slight marking around the edge of the canvas where it had been stretched leaving a crease evident where the inside of the frame was. if it was local i would have taken back but don't want the hassle of returning via couriers as i suspect the issue was caused by them. maybe packaging needs to be looked at as this is the second one i've received where this has happened,”

“Not as easy to put up as other wall art stickers I have used. Also didn't arrive with any instructions so if you have not used them before it may have been tricky to know exactly what to do. Other than that, really pleased with the quality of the art. Looks great.”

“Everything went really smoothly from ordering to delivery. I was a bit apprehensive when the parcel arrived as one end was crushed and had been resealed using security tape. A couple of the posters were slightly damaged but still ok for me as I was framing them. I have already ordered from the company again as there are so many great designs to choose from. Decent prices and good quality.”

“Order came prompt but as the delivery cost was £10 it is what I would have expected. My canvas was rather large 48x32 inches and I feel it could have been tighter on the frame as you can see the outline now it is up on the wall so that is a little disappointing. I think smaller canvases would not have this problem.”

“Order process was fine. Painting delivered without damage - amply bubble wrapped. We would have liked an estimated date and time of arrival and a suggested ETA on the day. We had an email at 8.40am saying that it would be delivered between 8am and 6pm, but it could have arrived between 8am and 8.40am so the email was a bit late. I had previously phoned Customer Services about our commitments and access to our house. Lauren was very helpful. The courier who delivered the painting was very polite.”
