I have checked your order and you opted for the xpress service in which we completed in 20 working days which is what we advise the processing time is. We greatly appreciate your remark on the response of our staff, as it is something we hold in the utmost regard.

“I paid extra for the express service, yet it still took the same amount of time it would have if I had paid for one of the other services. There was no correspondence on what stage the attestation process was at unless I emailed for an update.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review Khadija I apologise your order was not processed as quickly as you anticipated. Unfortunately once we submit to the Embassy they do not offer any kind of updates and if they are processing many documents it can also delay how quickly they complete the attestation. Your order was completed quicker than it would have taken for the slowere service as we were able to undertake the apostille from the Foreign Office in 1 day rather than 1 week. I hope the above helps place your mind at ease

“Expensive compared with companies but great service. My documents were ready within 2 weeks and delivered to Abu Dhabi. However, My friend paid half the price and had her documents delivered 3 days before mine to her England address . At the time I was desperate and needed my documents attested ASAP. Thank you”

“So far so good. Still have paperwork being processed by you. The delay is not at your end. There is confusion when automatic emails are sent to me giving me wrong information. This has happened a couple of times. On one occasion I got 7 emails one after the other saying the same thing. The staff are very efficient and easy to correspond with”

“Hi! I sent multiple emails inquiring about my situation before sending the document to you. I waited for about a week without receiving any replies, so I sent my certificate anyway. This was a risk I took, as I did not receive confirmation that my document could be legalized. I am satisfied with the speed and efficiency of the legalization process. However, I am disappointed with the lack of customer service before I paid and sent my certificate. I would have appreciated the opportunity to speak with someone about my document and confirm that it could be legalized before I proceeded.
