“Excellent product & service. My new front door has clear glass to provide more light but not privacy which I now have with the reflective silver film. My handyman had never done this before but with such clear instructions & taking his time, he found it a simple job. Would recommend.”
“I ordered window film for 2 panels in my conservatory to hide my neighbour's fence. Unfortunately they were damaged in transit & unusable. I contacted Abode and Lissa responded very quickly and offered to send replacements that arrived in a few days. Very happy with the product & the excellent customer service.”
“Lovely product has improved my door, looks modern and gives privacy. Swiftly delivered and well packaged. I watched some YouTube videos along with the instructions and it was easy to apply”
“Unfortunately the first shipment was damaged in transit. I sent an email asking about the returns process and very quickly received a reply saying a replacement was being dispatched. The shipping box of the replacement roll was undamaged and despite a layer of bubble wrap, the replacement roll also had a crease.”
“7 year old pre existing cheap film did a much better job at mirror effect. this product is rubbish it does not do what is says on the label. very slow delivery.”
“After the film being damaged by courier on the order, very quick at sorting the problem with new film being dispatched with an additional 2 mtr for the inconvenience,
Great company
Much appreciated”
“The communication from Abode window films, the delivery, packaging and fitting instructions were excellent, however the Opal White frosted film, soft light, Total Privacy was not as I was lead to believe from the description on the website.”
“The window film arrived in a reasonable time and seems like a good project, but I found it was cut slightly shorter than ordered and with uneven slightly crinkles edges so it didn't install onto the glass evenly. There were also some scratched on the film”
“We recently ordered 8 pieces in 3 designs of the decorative frosted film for our conservatory windows and now we've installed them they look fantastic and well worth the money for the quality. We went for pre-cut sizes which were spot on.
Definitely purchase the best squeegee you can get like the one they offer.
Fast secure delivery for both orders and email updates and website were excellent end to end.
Will definitely be using again.
Would be good to get some videos up on Youtube. We got better at installing them as we went along but the planning paid off and installation was easy enough.”
