This time I bought film for a pair of French windows and I was nervous about getting it lined up correctly. The instructions about the slip and keeping it all wet were great, and was fine. The only thing I would improve is to have a mark on the lining paper to make it obvious which side it is.”

“I founjd it hard to fit. I had precut sizes but they were large and for outside glass panels on a balcony
I messed up one and the second I managed moderately well. Will try again. But even with a very slight wind it is tricky”

We can appreciate that our window film is tricky to fit, but if the panels are large and you are able, it is always better to fit in dry calm weather and with the help of another person.

“This product was much harder to use than one I’d used from another company. The window film was less robust one the backing film was removed and a nightmare trying to hold it to actually adhere it to the window.”

We are so sorry to hear that you found the film difficult to fit. Once the clear liner of the film is removed the thickness of the film does reduce and sometimes an extra pair of hands can be helpful. Films can vary in thickness depending on which film you have ordered.
We are always happy to give advice if you are struggling and recommend you call us should you find yourself in this situation again.

“Not so easy to cut with sharp knife as recommended but got there eventually.
Result is what I expected reducing the ability for people outside to look in. However, from inside it creates a very greyish look. Will wait for stronger light and for it to settle before deciding if it's right for us.”
