“This product was much harder to use than one I’d used from another company. The window film was less robust one the backing film was removed and a nightmare trying to hold it to actually adhere it to the window.”
Hello Brenda
We are so sorry to hear that you found the film difficult to fit. Once the clear liner of the film is removed the thickness of the film does reduce and sometimes an extra pair of hands can be helpful. Films can vary in thickness depending on which film you have ordered.
We are always happy to give advice if you are struggling and recommend you call us should you find yourself in this situation again.
Hopefully you were happy with the end result once the film was fitted.
Kind Regards
Lissa
“I purchased a made to measure piece of frosted film. It arrived quickly, contained clear instructions and the tool I needed to fit it. It looks great. Definitely easier to fit with two people if the film is large (as ours was). Would highly recommend this firm.”

“Not so easy to cut with sharp knife as recommended but got there eventually.
Result is what I expected reducing the ability for people outside to look in. However, from inside it creates a very greyish look. Will wait for stronger light and for it to settle before deciding if it's right for us.”

“Very strong and well made. I bought ‘pattern on frosted’ for a large bathroom window. Let’s in lots of light but with added privacy. So much better than the constantly closed blind I had before. Wish I’d bought it years ago!”

“I love all the various window films I have recently ordered from Abode. They have made our windows look tidy & pretty & let in plenty of light- while still providing great privacy. The customer service of this company is excellent too. They are very approachable & responsive. Thank you to them.”
“We bought the Fleur de Lis design to put over our 2 plain panels in door and it looks great. In our old house we actually had the same pattern on glass and it cost as much as the doors themselves so we are very pleased with these windows films. Also we had good customer service. Photo not very good but hopefully will give you an idea how it looks.”
