“Although I followed the instructions, the product seemed difficult to install without creasing. Unfortunately once creased, it's ruined. I thought the product was too easily damaged seeing as the window wasn't even that large. Perhaps as a professional installer that is used to its behavior, would get it right, but not a newbie”

Most customers who follow the instructions, successfully fit the film and are very happy with the end result but it can be tricky and we are always willing to give advice over the phone if you do run into problems during the fitting process.

“Excellent product- just what I needed and ( after reading the instructions fully!) also easy to “install”.
My only concern is the delivery company you use - Evri or Hermes are absolutely terrible and I have had no end of issues with them as have many of my neighbours and villagers. This unfortunately will mean I will not order from you again unless you change your delivery arrangements.”
