“The window film I purchased was fairly easy to apply to a 1.5 square metre window; the instructions that accompanied the film were very helpful. The film was delivered promptly, through the post. One star withheld because the E50 film was a little disappointing at blocking heat from the sun: it tends to warm up in bright sunlight and re-radiate heat into the room. It does have some overall cooling effect but not as much as hoped for.”

“The service from Abode was excellent. The film was just what I needed and of good quality. My only issue is with the application tool supplied to smooth the surface and remove air bubbles. Even when used on wet soapy surface it scratched the film. I ended up using a cloth pad to avoid this. But in the meantime I had wasted several pieces of film.”

We bought and installed Opal White frosted Abode Windown Film and they can no longer look in. It's perfect. Installing the film on the first window was a bit challanging but it got easier as we went along. It gives us the privacy we want without blocking out the light.

“I founjd it hard to fit. I had precut sizes but they were large and for outside glass panels on a balcony
I messed up one and the second I managed moderately well. Will try again. But even with a very slight wind it is tricky”

“Not so easy to cut with sharp knife as recommended but got there eventually.
Result is what I expected reducing the ability for people outside to look in. However, from inside it creates a very greyish look. Will wait for stronger light and for it to settle before deciding if it's right for us.”

“Film looks good on the front door glass and lets loads of light in. Instructions included but could be made clearer that the pattern doesn’t go to edge of sheet so when cutting this needs to be considered or may end up being too small.”

“A little tricky to understand but once soapy solution was on and with the squeegy it went on very easily. Only really difficult thing was peeling the two layers apart. The corner I wanted to start with would not peel away. A little cut through one of the layers would be helpful to get a top corner.
