“For the first time in my life i actually ENJOYED taking an exam!!!! I am normally a nervous wreck when doing exams, but the way the modules were presented relaxed me and i was able to take in more information than i normally am able too,would like to say thank you for enabling me to actually passing this exam with a good pass mark,the only down side for me is the passmark not being on the certificate!!”

“Very informative and easy to follow. Only slight problem for me was printing off my certificate it wouldn't print off so I had to ring customer services and it was emailed to me within 10 mins other than that brilliant”

“I work 7 days a week and I have little spare time so when half way through the course it wont let me in I am not happy, really not happy”

“When you got a question wrong I would have liked to have known correct answer. On question about refrigeration temp I wanted to put 5% as in revision but you only had answers 0-4 and 7 -14”

“As i normally freeze before taking any sort of exam i took this course with some trepidation,but with some help with the computer(not use to a laptop) , i got stuck into it and found it enjoyable,and very easy to understand where every module was going,the practise questions were good for what was coming at the end of the modules!! I was very happy with my results and learned a fair bit in the process,which can only be a good thing!!”
