“The information on each page is concise and easy to understand. The content of each page is just enough for a student to absorb at a time. The only point I would make would be on the "challenge" pages - Sometimes the answer required is not clear.”

“I had difficulty logging on and it took three telephone calls before I got to speak to someone (by exercising the option to speak to reception) which was annoying but the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. I found the material easy to follow but it took a lot longer than the estimated 2-3 hours to complete even though I am known to read very fast. I found the intermediate test papers more challenging than the final exam which was probably a good thing”

“Provided you read slowly & do the challenges , the test is thought provoking but easy. This cert is CITY & GUILDS accredited ,which is massively important , as recognised by the industry ,so is worth a few extra quid.”
