“I thought the course was very good and I liked the little tests on every stage you went through. I done it in one day which was a lot longer than the 2 to 3 hours that was stated would take.”

“I just wanted to get a quick version of kitchen hygiene certificate but unfortunatey, myself and partner spent half a day on the first part of your couirse and we still have not had time to spend another half day to complete the course let alone get a certificate. What's changed so much since taking this course 3 yerrs ago, I suppose these training companies have to make everything more and more complex to justify their charges. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED might have to sort around to find a course that will take say 1 HOUR !!!!!!! and is suitable for my particular needs. Have you ever considered a short version for hand working owners who are pushed for time and do not have a large enough business to employ staff.”

“easy to follow, but on sample multiple choice when you require more than one answer rather than say wrong, it should say nearly and leave the correct ones that you drag and drop, because i become confused and thought the whole thing was wrong and couldnt remember what was what..”

“I have to do this course for work, but, as I can go at my pace It's easier than sat in a training room and having to go at the instructors pace. I can go back at any time to review pages I've already done as well, so I can revise easily.”
