“What an absolute shambles this site is. I paid for the course and passed but found it impossible to print out the certificate. What ate a total waste of time and money.”

We apologise for the difficulty you have encountered with regards printing your certificate. If you select the 'completed learning' tab in your learner record, you should see the course with a printer icon next to it. By clicking on this and following the instructions, you should be able to print off the certificate for this course. We have sent you a direct email with a PDF version of the certificate attached, so you are able to print it that way if required. “I started my test on the 8th January 2017 and am still going through it I have found it very hard and some of the questions that you would do in some of the tests as being what any normal person would do or say isn't happening take for instance cleaning a fridge out and all the things that you would do through the process it keeps throwing it out and you have to start again I find it a very very hard course to get through and at one stage I was going to cancel it also I would like to bring to your attention that the money for this course should never have been taken out of my account until the course was finished I have been informed by some people that has taken a similer course that there money was never taken from there accounts until they had finished there course I am not very impressed”

We apologise for the issues you have experienced while taking our course. This course in particular is accredited by City and Guilds and meets the standard set by them for quality training. Due to this we go through stringent checks with all our courses to ensure they run as smoothly as possible, and if the browser you are using is the most up-to-date version, we recommend Google Chrome, there shouldn't be any instances of you being 'kicked out' of the training. “Good content. Easy to understand. Can be done at your own pace. Good visuals and varied pages to help you stay interested. I like the questions at the end... its good to test the old brain cells! Just ignore that flashing toaster and take your time.”

“The course I completed was very good quality. It was easy to understand the instructions and the course was detailed. At the conclusion of the course I had a small problem in that I could not print my certificate but I used the Help and Support line and the problem was rectified very quickly by using another software on the advisors instructions. I would have no problem recommending the Virtual College to others for their development.”

“I really enjoyed the course however I did not make notes, (as one thinks they know everything) and the disappointment of failing was a surprise. But reading my previous course notes all was well. I also had reason to leave the computer and return later. I had great difficulty returning to the course screen, however I used the help line and the lady was very helpful and the course was completed. The certificate arrived this morning which was very nice. I would recommend the course to anybody who would want to obtain the certificate.”

“Course was very good once I found out how to register, it was not clear (to me) how you registered, eventually by hit and miss attempts i found that you have to buy the course first and then you get your login information. I liked the way the course was broken down into segments and they were clearly presented. Final course assessment was stressful because you don't really want to retake it, fortunately the training was so good that I passed first time - phew.”

“I needed to update my Level 2 for Food and Hygiene cert in order to enable a local charity take advantage of free food donated by local shops. I was thrilled to be able to take this course from the comfort of my own home, quickly and it gave me the perfect level of information to ensure that all the people we would be coming into contact with would enjoy a safe and healthy Christmas. I would highly recommend this course to anyone in my position who needed a good foundation level of training. I have attended several courses over the years and found all the material to be of an excellent standard, clear and well presented. A great course.”

“I thought I had done level 2 and when I got my certificate it was level 1. This was my fault, I phoned up to see if anything could be done and was told no nothing. which was a little bit disappointing.”
