“I thought your training course was very informative, and I did learn some new things concerning food and hygiene that I was not aware of before. Overall I am very pleased with my certificate, and I may go on to Level 2 in the future. Thankyou”

Thanks for your review. It seems you were happy with your course but not with being unable to print your certificate. We apologise if we did not reply to you as we aim to reply within two hours of contact. We will look into this tomorrow (Monday) and get back to you, hopefully with a positive resolution to your printing issue.

“The description of times is woefully inaccurate. I am not unintelligent (degree standard)...this course as so far taken me 7 hours and I am still not finished! Beware it is not a rush job set aside plenty of time.”

Thank you for your review, we are sorry you feel the description of the course, where we give an estimate of the time we believe it will take to complete the course, did not meet the reality of how long it actually takes. It is Saturday today consequently I cannot investigate this thoroughly until Monday. “This took well over the estamated time shown. It actually took just over 4hours in total. Probably as I read it carefully as I needed this qualification for my workplace and could not fail.”

“I thought that the topics were covered thoroughly, the graphics were clear and occasionally quite humerous so made it a fun course to do. I took my time doing the course and made notes so that, if I needed to, I would be able to refer to them when taking the test. The only negative point was I thought the narrator sounded rather bored - it would have been better to have a slightly more animated voice.”

“Good clear instructions. Easy to follow - user friendly. I have recommended the site to others. The only drawback was getting back to the View menu after each section was complete. I had to sign out and sign back in again each time which was frustrating”

“I found the course very easy to follow and well presented I thought the exam was too easy and with the multiple choice the correct answer is very obvious because the others are so implausible! I got an unbelievable 100%!!,,, The only down side was that ,initially, I could not get the payment to go through on either of my cards. I phoned to ask if there was a problem with the website or the payment system and I felt the person who answered was somewhat "unsympathetic " and told me to try again another day! As you can imagine this is not great when you have just put aside the 3 hours to do the course! However, I logged out and back in and all was fine. Thanks”
