“I found that the material in this course was exactly what I expected. I found the course easy to access and clear instructions. I felt that the pace of the narration of the material was too slow for me, I would have liked to have had the option to speed this up. Overall a good course”

“Over all very good. But the drag & drop sections on a tablet is a nightmare. Won't drag & drop in right place and keeps freezing have to reset and start again very annoying.”

“I found the course i did Food safety and hygiene cheap and easy to do it covered all areas and within 3 hours was completed and was able to print my certificate off straight after would recommend to anyone.”

“I would only like to emphasise that during the modules the temperature of a fridge was always given as 5 degrees. Yet in the assessment the choice options went from 0 -4 ,7 -10 and upwards. I am not sure of the thinking behind this or whether there was something I missed.”

“Although very lengthy, I felt confident as a read through the tutorial and gradually, at my own speed, worked through each module. That was the greatest benefit to me, rather than being under a time constraint as it gave me the peace of mind. I was then pleased that I achieved success at my first attempt.”

“very good, allows you to take your time to go through each module and also allows you to take your test three times. another good feature about it is the audio there is a voice over that speaks on every revision question just in case you miss out any vital information. I enjoyed the course and it was decently priced. thank you, I am a very happy customer and ive learnt a lot.”

“This course was brilliant. I have five kids ranging 14-3 and I could do it while doing mum things and listening and watching the videos. It was good how the test was set and the modules. I thought I failed halfway through but to my surprise I passed 80% first time in the advanced catering without any other courses taken. Very impressed and would use again.”
