“I was new to using virtual PAs, I am was amazed at how much time using a virtual PA can save each day. Zoe was excellent, she learned about the intricacies of my work very quickly and was always very responsive and professional. I cannot recommend Virtalent and in particular Zoe enough.”

The EA's are high level, fast and effective operators - Jeanne looks after everything from my diary, personal matters and inbox. The head office team are also extremely efficient. I wasn't sure what to expect but the whole process was very smooth and professional - our VA, Rose, was fantastic, extremely efficient at all the various (and diverse!) tasks that I threw at her! I run my own company and have small children, so having support for various life/work admin tasks was a huge help, and Rose took everything in her stride.
