“Every week Danielle impresses me with her effectiveness. Her understanding of accounting, speed of picking up new tools, and relaxed attitude towards uncertain situations have made her an absolute asset in chaotic times. I'll throw the weirdest issue her way and she'll just go away and resolve it, whether it's payments to Mauritania, dealing with accountants, or helping organise our company knowledge base. “The process of signing up and getting started with Virtalent was very seamless. We were very glad to be paired with Helen, as she was already very knowledgeable in some of the areas we were needing support with. She was very efficient with the tasks we required, and she was also regularly keeping us up to date with what she was working on. Minor issue for us was that it was only available through credit card, rather payment through invoicing.”
