“I’m happy with the quality of my new sign but was disappointed with lack of communication when I ordered it, I received no confirmation of my order or order number so I could track the progress. My emails went unanswered, eventually I received a response saying that my emails went in the spam box after which service improved”

“I bought a tabby cat sign for my Mum and she loves it. There were lengthy delays due to Covid but Melissa in Customer Services provided great customer support and reassurance.”

“Lovely, high quality product. Delay in delivery due to Covid, but we were informed of that and it wasn't an issue. Slate was easy to attach to wall with all fittings provided.”

“We chose the white ceramic Alford which has a sweet and pretty floral design and very good value. We are very pleased with it. It brings our house to life, and we feel as if we have just moved in and fallen in love with the house all over again! Customer service responded quickly when I asked about the delay. The sign arrived in just over two weeks, having been slightly delayed by Covid19. It was well worth the wait. Thank you!”

“I wanted a stand out sign for my new home and certainly got it from Village Green Signs! The overall look is fabulous and the hand decorated flowers are outstanding. Was put up very easily by my son in law. I had to wait longer than usual (8 weeks) due to the current situation but I am so very glad I chose Village Green Signs and the wait truly was worth it. Many thanks to all involved in the production.”

“Our signs did take a little while to get here, but it was through the corvid 19 outbreak. Having said that we are very pleased with them. We put them up as soon as they arrived. They look lovely, would hesitate to order from this company again.”

“Ordered a grey slate plaque for our house, absolutely thrilled with it. Great quality, a lot of care taken in making it, Looks amazing on the wall outside our front door, very very happy with this product. Very nicely wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap for maximum protection. Would highly recommend Village Green Signs, you will not be disappointed with your purchase.”
