“2 weeks for delivery, not sure if that is usual for delivery times? Item arrived in a Jiffy bag that was damaged. Luckily, there was no damage to the item. Holes on the acrylic did not align up exactly with the holes in the base plate. I ended up loosening the spacers slightly to get alignment for the screws. Disappointed so far but once put up and in place you wouldn’t notice and it does look very nice.”

“Eventually the sign is what I ordered, unfortunately when the delivery arrived it had no fixings and the plastic transfer element was damaged, I contacted the company and provided close up images of the damage, the response was to request more images which I provided, the response on receipt was “I’m struggling to see the damage” they offered a 10% refund and they would send the fixings. My response was to request a full new sign (not a damaged on) or a full refund, I had no response to the email until I sent another chase email, I was then told a full new sign had been ordered for dispatch, so many weeks after my initial order I did receive a good quality sign which looks great in position. Product is good, customer service needs improvement.”
