“My daughter was absolutely delighted with her bespoke sign. Good quality item with black background and Westie. When I contacted Village Green Signs to day it was a birthday gift, the correspondence was good abd they worked hard to dispatch it on time. Thank you”

“We ordered a large oval bird house sign featuring a Fieldfare which is the name of our house and although it took nearly 2 months to arrive due to the recent COVD-19 problems, we are absolutely delighted with it. The build quality and artistry are first class.”

“Really pleased with the sign, I was worried that the writing might not be completely straight but it was. Took a bit longer to arrive than I had hoped (14 days) so missed the birthday but the staff were good at getting back to me when I inquired.”

“Pleased when it eventually arrived but lead time and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I appreciate the challenges of COVID but also feel that 4 week turnaround is too long and should be stated at point of order + confirmation email and NOT just on the home page of the website. The tracking feature never updated so I didn't know its progress and customer service either never responded or took 1 week plus so I was in the dark! I needed it as a gift for someone so if you're in the same boat I would go elsewhere to somebody with a more reliable and accurate delivery timeline. Never got any form of apology when reply did eventually come to my requests for update.”

“It arrived and it was broken in the post not enough packaging the slate corner was completely smashed off lettering was good but disappointed in the fack it was damaged and can't be used”

Hi Ian, we are ever so sorry to hear that your sign arrived damaged. Unfortunately, casualties do happen sometimes despite how well we may wrap them. Especially as slate is such a brittle material. I can also see that you were fully refunded at your request. We can, again, only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
