“Our product has finally arrived and we do love it but I’m unable to review Village Green Signs any higher than 2 stars. This review is due to the communication, or lack of, from the date I placed the order. I completely understand we’re in unprecedented times and we’re all experiencing difficulties but having been given an idea of delivery we heard nothing. I tried emailing, Facebook messaging and phoning numerous times and only after over a week of chasing to see whether the order was being honoured did I get a reply and then it still took even longer to be delivered. I felt let down and would have expected better, more transparent communication if you’re happy to take the order and money from my account.”

We are ever so sorry that your reply took a few days longer than usual. We were extremely busy and were responding to everyone as quickly as we could. Once you had sent your enquiry in, an email would have gone back to you to advise of this. We can only apologise for the inconvenience. We are, however, thrilled to hear that you love your new house sign!

“A big choice of house number signs & I eventually found a suitable replacement for our old sign which had become very faded over the years. A reasonable price paid for a good quality sign which my husband put up within 10 minutes or so. It looks great fixed just under an outdoor wall light. Very pleased with my purchase & would highly recommend.”
