“I am really pleased with my sign which I purchased to go with my new front door. The ordering process was so easy, the delivery prompt and the sign is just right. The screws, spacers and screw covers made fitting so easy. Thank you”

“Don't waste your money. I ordered a rectangle slate house number and it came after around 1 month of waiting. Sadly, the text is completely wonky and makes the sign look terrible and it's definitely not rectangle. I've contacted customer services via the website twice and still no response after a week of waiting. Won't recommend or order here again.”

“I have sent 3 emails of complaint about my recent door number plague. None of which have been replied to. Order no. 000006945. My complaint is that the font size is small when I ordered large. The background colour is grey when the picture shows white background, which is what I requested. The front acrylic plate is scratched. Over all not happy with The quality of the order or the customer service, which is very poor. I would definitely not recommend this company.”

We are very sorry to hear that your sign was not as expected. I can see that you requested for both of your number and your street name to be large, which means you are requesting them to be the same size. This then created the number to be small. This is also how your live preview would have shown before deciding to order. All that needed to be done was to make sure that the number was large, and the street name was medium and then the live preview would have shown the exact layout you intended. This is the purpose of the live preview, to make sure you're happy with how it looks before ordering. We are ever so sorry if this wasn't clear to yourself and I can see that we have resolved your order for you as a gesture of goodwill.

“I have an issue with the product I received, after more than one week Order 000006604. Why is nobody bothered about contacting me when you have sent me two emails asking me about your service it doesn’t make sense. Please contact me on the email attached to my order.”
