“It is a very nice sign we were just slightly disappointed that the piece of slate was riven in places I.E. not smooth as we expected but for the price it is nice.”

“Sign took a little longer to arrive due to lockdown, but worth the wait, it looks great on the wall, even included the rawlplugs and screws and screw covers, very pleased and would buy from seller again!”

“The website leads you to believe you are getting a hand painted house sign. They are merely stuck on. If the flowers are supposedly hand painted by their talented artists why would you go to all that trouble to then stick a sticker over the top for the number - really cheapens it. The only indication that is has a sticker is right at the bottom of the page in tiny writing that there is a vinyl over lay - again it's just a sticker! Guess you get what you pay for! Real shame. Guess I can just peel the sticker off and paint my own number..........”

Thank you for your review. I can see that your product purchased was from the printed ceramic range, I can only apologise if you felt misled. To clarify, only the hand-painted resin style house signs on our website are painted by our artists by hand. I hope this helps.

“Contacted Village Signs about the delivery time yesterday and Nicola got straight back to us this morning. Expected a delay as it was arriving by Royal Mail and they have a significantly higher workload since lockdown. It's just arrived and looks fabulous. Good quality materials.”

“Order on thee 10th of April , shipped on the 24th of April after 3weeks 18th of May contacted again , that said they would send a replacement but may take another 3 to 4 weeks so I was offered a refund which I accepted now the 8th of June still no refund !!!”
