“The end product is beautifully made. Being elderly I do not understand how to scan bar code to get instructions for erecting sign. Website was difficult to use but the lady on phone when I got through was outstanding and was what made me proceed with the purchase. It is not installed due to isolation so cannot send a photo. Also my surname is WOOD not Ward. Thank you thrilled with sign”

“The sign arrived within the timescale quoted despite the current postal delays, the sign is even better than I expected, loved the design. My partner tells me it was very easy to install, all parts you need are included and holes predrilled. Looks very good and delighted with it. Thank you.”

“Pleased with the quality however on my order I had 3 lines of my address and there are only 2 on the sign, which I can accept but wasn’t informed on this any any stage of the order, order did take a lot longer that was indicated on the web page and I had to chase it up a number of times. I know times are very challenging just now but a bit of communication would have been appreciated”
