“The product only arrived today so haven’t put it up yet. However the product looks great. My only comment would be the slowness of the delivery as it took 3 weeks. Would have been 5 stars if it hadn’t taken so long.”

“My signs was very good and exactly matched what I saw on the web when I ordered it. There were no instructions and the packaging was rather basic. I looked up how to install on YouTube.”

“Good service and good quality - unfortunately our slate signs got chipped during delivery and 2 out of the 3 signs we ordered had a corner missing - not the fault of Village Green but they should maybe review their packaging and protect the corners prior to posting out and it was disappointing. A 10% refund was offered.”

“It looks great but the fixings(screws) were loose and in a very small packet and so not very obvious and ended up being thrown away with the wrapping. They would be better attached to the sign or more obviously packaged.”

“What we wanted. A lovely product. We chose slate with very simple white characters. It looks lovely. I would have preferred some contact about the waiting time. I had to check that the order was being prepared and it would have been nice to have been told how long it would be.”
