“Very disappointed when our Addington sign arrived. Firstly, because it was ordered on the 2nd August and didn't arrive until the 11th September, then secondly because of the state of it when it finally did arrive. It was filthy with dust and the acrylic seemed covered in scratches. Only when I was reading some other reviews did I find out that the sign had a thin protective covering. When I removed this it was a pleasant surprise to see there were no scratches on the sign itself. It would be a good idea if you could maybe make this clear in future. Anyway, the sign is up and looks very good. Only four stars because of the time it took. I can't really understand why?”

“We had to wait a while for our order to arrive but understandable in the present circumstances. Sadly the colour of the flowers painted was not as requested but looks reasonable.”

“I’m happy with the quality of my new sign but was disappointed with lack of communication when I ordered it, I received no confirmation of my order or order number so I could track the progress. My emails went unanswered, eventually I received a response saying that my emails went in the spam box after which service improved”

“I was really pleased with the quality of this sign and it really enhances the entrance to my property. I was rather disappointed with the length of time it took from order to delivery, even in these difficult times it was a long wait. However the sign is excellent. Thank you.”

“2 weeks for delivery, not sure if that is usual for delivery times? Item arrived in a Jiffy bag that was damaged. Luckily, there was no damage to the item. Holes on the acrylic did not align up exactly with the holes in the base plate. I ended up loosening the spacers slightly to get alignment for the screws. Disappointed so far but once put up and in place you wouldn’t notice and it does look very nice.”
