“The product was of a high quality, the only thing keeping me from putting top marks was the time from order to delivery was quite long. The actual product though I couldn't be happier with and the process was clearly visible with regular updates, would recommend.”

“The sign looks lovely. The order took longer than I anticipated and I wasn’t kept up to date with progress. However when I contacted them for an update on progress they did respond very promptly.”

“Really pleased with the service from village green signs prompt communication and response when asked, only downside was it was incredibly late in delivery as a gift for someone and wasn't kept up to date on this.”

“Despite my late ordering pre Christmas too late for a Christmas delivery, VGS did their best to fulfil my order ASAP. Their customer services was great and kept me fully informed as to progress. I was very pleased with the finished result, now proudly displayed at my front door. TonyS YATE”

“Unfortunately the sign took 2 1/2 months from order to delivery which is why I have rated as I have. It was unfortunate that the artist became ill and production stopped as a consequence. However I must say that the communication from Village Green signs was excellent and offered me the right to cancel if I did not want to wait, but also offered compensation because of the delay. I opted for the latter and last week I received my House sign and I was so pleased I opted to wait - It is beautiful - I am over the moon with the sign, fabulously painted, a 3D image not just 2D - myself and my husband love it. Now proudly mounted on the house and being admired by all. Highly recommended.”

“The sign is really pretty. However, we are waiting to be reassured about the durability of the lacquering. It's difficult to see that the sign does have a proper protective coating and as it is be used near the coast we want to make sure that it is protected as much as possible against the elements. We are happy to reapply another coat annually, but would need to know the name of the existing lacquer for compatibility and would appreciate your advice. I'll add another star if it still looks good in three year's time.”

“It is a really nice sign and I would recommend the company. The only two reservations I have is that I think it is a little overpriced and the timescale from order to delivery is a little too long, but besides that I am very happy and will actually be ordering another one for my neighbour next week.”
