“Good value compared to most, fast delivery. Slightly disappointed at the size of the house number above the street name, looks a bit small. Maybe it was the way I set up the template.”

“The sign is absolutely beautiful and I am thrilled with it. Beautifully crafted and looks great on the house. The only slight drawback is how long it took to arrive but I do appreciate that it is hand-crafted and therefore takes longer to make. I would defintely use Village Green Signs again.”

“Have just moved to a brand new property and we have several numbers the same close by, so ordered a slate tile sign with the number and road name, ideal. Fairly easy to fit but had no instructions as had several parts we didn't really need, and also would have been nice to have black screws instead of the gold, as the caps do not fit over them, but easily solved by buying 2 black screws, so far very pleased with the sign and make finding us easier for deliveries!”

“I'm very happy with the sign that I received and the process of ordering and customising it was simple and efficient. I was provided with a picture of a mock-up to approve before manufacture, which was very useful. Updates on the manufacturing process were provided by email and my contact with customer service was always friendly and efficient. The finished sign arrived well-packaged, and with fixing screws and wall plugs. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but this is a minor thing. My only niggle is that I did not receive any notification of delivery of the final sign. What I did receive is notification of delivery of an unspecified item from a company that I'd never heard of and wasn't aware had any connection to Village Green Signs. (I had to do a bit of internet digging and use a bit of intuition to figure out that the mystery item was probably the sign.) Perhaps this part of the process needs tidying up?”

“The staff were very helpful during the ordering process, sending mockups and giving advice on size etc. I was advised that handpainted designs took time to produce and was kept informed of progress during that time. The final product has been carefully painted but the roses have been edged with a much more vibrant pink than the example on the website so is not as natural looking as I expected.”
