“The sign we ordered is really good, there was a slight chip in the glass but otherwise it's good. It came in the post a few days after ordering. I would recommend Village Green Signs.”

“This was an easy to use web site, you could see what the finished sign would look like. It took slightly longer to arrive than expected and when it came the writing on the sign was smaller than I thought it would be. I asked for large lettering but they seemed really small and didn't fill the slate up at all. It was a nice piece of slate.”

“Sign was great. Took a while to make but worth waiting for. Had email to say dispatched but took 5 days after that to get it. May be good to be able to track it or set the expectation out in the website/email and everyone will ne happy. Overall though great company and great workmanship. Website is good too allowing you to see your design before you order. Would definitely recommend to others.”

“The end product was exceptional. Unfortunately, getting there was a different story. Communication is the early stages was poor and instructions were not followed, but once it was clear that things were not happening as they should, they pulled out all the stops to get things right and delivered an excellent product.”

“Very good. Came in no time whatsoever. The writing is on top of the slate so not sure how long it will last. I had hoped it would be written into the slate that way you could always repaint. Still, for the price it is rather nice. Smaller writing that you'd imagine even on the largest settings. You might need an additional sign with larger writing. As it is the writing is hard to read from the kerbside. This is my balanced review.”
