The staff were very helpful during the ordering process, sending mockups and giving advice on size etc. I was advised that handpainted designs took time to produce and was kept informed of progress during that time. The final product has been carefully painted but the roses have been edged with a much more vibrant pink than the example on the website so is not as natural looking as I expected.
