I'm very happy with the sign that I received and the process of ordering and customising it was simple and efficient. I was provided with a picture of a mock-up to approve before manufacture, which was very useful. Updates on the manufacturing process were provided by email and my contact with customer service was always friendly and efficient. The finished sign arrived well-packaged, and with fixing screws and wall plugs. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but this is a minor thing. My only niggle is that I did not receive any notification of delivery of the final sign. What I did receive is notification of delivery of an unspecified item from a company that I'd never heard of and wasn't aware had any connection to Village Green Signs. (I had to do a bit of internet digging and use a bit of intuition to figure out that the mystery item was probably the sign.) Perhaps this part of the process needs tidying up?
