“Plaque looks OK, not had chance to check as we are way. Downside was the length of time it took from order to arrival. No good if you want it in a rush!”

“I cannot fault the sign which I am delighted with, but the delay in delivering of almost 2 months was disappointing. I had been informed when ordering, and accepted a delay but had not expected such a long wait. I repeat that I am delighted with the sign which is now fitted and looks beautiful. But for the excessive time to complete the order, I should have unhesitatingly given 5 stars”

“Beautiful sign and made really nicely! Customer service was very friendly as well. I knocked off a star because it took almost 10 weeks for the sign to arrive and it came with 2 screws instead of 4 (which was quickly rectified in fairness!) Highly recommend to anyone, excellent quality!”

“Good price. Lovely looking, hand painted sign. However, only problem I had, was a very long wait for it! If it hadn't been for Melissa's fabulous customer service and regular updates - would have definitely cancelled order! So, huge shout out to her! I must say, having eventually received it, I am delighted with it!”

“As with any company, things happen and my sign was a little late and I contacted them. Got an answer straight away! Melissa was incredibly helpful and made sure I received my door number ASAP. Cannot fault their service and my door number is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this company :)”

“Very pleased with my house sign. Booking process was straightforward and I received a mock-up of the sign before it was made. Only issue was having to wait six weeks, but the website did say due to increased orders, it would be 4-6 weeks.”

“It is easy to order a sign and you can view it as you go along making your choices, font etc. It took about 2 weeks to arrive so leave enough time if it is a gift. It wasn't wrapped well enough in my opinion and was posted through my door so I am lucky it wasn't damaged. However the finished product is fine and I am very pleased with it.”

“The sign took quite a time to appear but it looks lovely. I was surprised how light it was, its made of Aluminium or some other metal whereas I thought it was cast iron. Still very pleased with it.”

“Unfortunately we were not told what the estimated delivery date would be when the order was placed. However, regular emails were received providing stage updates, eg. Casting, sent to artist, delivery, etc. Quality of sign is excellent.”

“Hi amazed at the speed of turn round of my order to you. having experienced another company that makes signs,we sent an order to them in October 2020 and we waited till mid Feb this year and it still hadn't arrived so we cancelled and asked for our money back which they promised but that has not happened yet either. The only thing with our order is the arrow, I emailed you not to include it but you still put it on, luckily it is pointing the right way to our front door (which is at the side) so happy with the sign which replaces the old wooden one which had rotted away. I would recommend your company to friends. Roy Stringer”
