“Placed an order on 14/06/2020 was promised it would be dispatched by 17/07/2020. Delay due to Covid which I accepted. Nothing received in relation to the progress of my sign despite payment being taken at point of order. Cannot call the company - they leave a voicemail saying the can’t take calls due to Covid. No response to email asking for update. Researched Facebook and found several other similar complaints if same nature. This company is obviously not operating correctly. I have complained to trading standards today. I will take this to the ombudsman also for breach of contact. I would suggest going elsewhere to purchase a sign as this company will take your money and you will never see it! I obviously don’t recommend them.”

“There was a bit of a mix up with my order which led to a longer than expected delay in manufacture and delivery, but once identified Village Green made every effort to remedy the situation and, once received, the sign was very good quality and just what I wanted. The only thing I would caution is that communication was a little lacking but actions were good.”

“Well worth the wait for the beautifully decorated hand painted oval sign with bluebells, and our house name, the bluebells are individually hand painted on a 3 dimensional raised relief so they actually stand out from the surface. Very pleased indeed with the quality of the sign.”

“I’m happy with the quality of my new sign but was disappointed with lack of communication when I ordered it, I received no confirmation of my order or order number so I could track the progress. My emails went unanswered, eventually I received a response saying that my emails went in the spam box after which service improved”
