“The sign was too brittle, came with no fitting instructions and snapped on screwing onto wall.”

“We put our order in 10 weeks ago on 26th June 2020. We had confirmation of our order but on the ‘track my order’ page we are still only being shown as ‘Order Placed’. I emailed the company 2 weeks ago to ask when they would actually cast my house sign and when delivery is likely to be expected but to date no reply. Not happy that the only way to contact the company is via email but they don’t reply! Very disappointed.”

“I am Still waiting for my sign seven weeks after order and payment. I have had no response back from the company, apart from the original confirmation email when placing order.I have been trying unsuccessfully for over a week to contact them. Obviously there are some major issues with this business, order at your own risk.”

“I'd been looking for a company that could make me a new house sign/plaque for some time, and took a chance with Village Green Signs. This proved to be an excellent decision, and I've now received a wonderful sign to the exact specifications I requested. I love my two little hand painted barn owls so much. The order was delayed by a month or so due to COVID, but trust me. It's well worth the wait. Thank you so much!”

“Very disappointed. It took 12 weeks for my sign to arrive and when it did the quality of painting wasn't worth the cost or the wait. I have had to repaint it myself.”
