“I would not hesitate to recommend Village Green Signs. They kept me informed throughout the stages of producing my house name plaque. Thank you to everyone involved. It must be particularly difficult keeping up with orders during the current restrictions.”

Hi Leah. We are ever so sorry that you feel you have received a poor service. I can see that our dispatch time was slightly late on our advertised time for yours which we are ever so sorry about. We did also send you a few emails personally to keep you up to date with your order to make sure you knew exactly what was happening, so quite disappointing to see this has been received as a bad service by yourself. I can see that your order was dispatched a week ago, but there have been some delays in the postal service which I hope you can understand. I checked the tracking for your parcel to see what's going on and advises that your sign has been delivered and signed for today before you left this review which is strange! Can you advise that you have received this, please?

“Very pleased with our new house sign - good quality at a reasonable price. We bought our previous sign from Village Green, and it still looked like new when we left 25 years later! Though we were not impressed with the delivery firm Hermes, who dropped the package, which was clearly marked "Fragile", into the bottom of our dustbin. Fortunately, it was not damaged, as it had been well wrapped by Village Green.”

“I ordered this for a gift for my mum and dad and I was absolutely overwhelmed with how beautiful the plaque was and how well made it was would recommend village green to anyone looking for a house name/ number plaque would definitely use them again”
