“After reading all the positive reviews about Village Green Signs I decided to place an order with them. I can honestly say I was highly impressed with both the service that I received, and my lovely new house number, which will look fantastic on my new home. I would definitely use them again,and would recommend them to anyone.”

“Great sign, but it took over a month to get it. Instructions are via QR scanning, fine if you have something to scan it with.”

“Your communication and tacking system were unhelpful in the extreme and quite frustrating. Any attempts to make contact was blocked by yourselves and your tracking system was disabled. in addition product delivery was delayed.”

“Very disappointed when our Addington sign arrived. Firstly, because it was ordered on the 2nd August and didn't arrive until the 11th September, then secondly because of the state of it when it finally did arrive. It was filthy with dust and the acrylic seemed covered in scratches. Only when I was reading some other reviews did I find out that the sign had a thin protective covering. When I removed this it was a pleasant surprise to see there were no scratches on the sign itself. It would be a good idea if you could maybe make this clear in future. Anyway, the sign is up and looks very good. Only four stars because of the time it took. I can't really understand why?”

“Take full payment , give anticipated despatch but waa not met. No customer updates offered , slow to respond when emailed as another customer mentions don’t answer the contact number ! Placed an order mid june and ended up requesting full refund in September - Totally appalled . If they cant manage orders received they should NOT be taking full price of goods ! Would not order from this firm and would discourage others too ! Very disappointed”

“The quality is as expected and very happy happy with it, my issue is the timing of delivery; I waited for nearly 2 months for the sign to arrive!! Which is shame really too long.”
