“I waited quite a while for my sign but it was well worth the wait. We are absolutely thrilled with our new house sign and the horses look absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, we have not got a facility to take a picture and send it to you.”

“The company kept me regularly updated on each stage of the process which was really interesting. The sign when it came exceeded expectations - the artist had altered the design to include the breeds of sheep I had asked for and we are absolutely delighted. My only regret is that I didn't order a larger one!”

“After a lengthy waiting period due to Covid-19 I finally received my sign and I have to say-it is fantastic! Well worth the wait and I would highly recommend these signs to anybody who wants to add that touch of class to their property.”

Hi Leah. We are ever so sorry that you feel you have received a poor service. I can see that our dispatch time was slightly late on our advertised time for yours which we are ever so sorry about. We did also send you a few emails personally to keep you up to date with your order to make sure you knew exactly what was happening, so quite disappointing to see this has been received as a bad service by yourself. I can see that your order was dispatched a week ago, but there have been some delays in the postal service which I hope you can understand. I checked the tracking for your parcel to see what's going on and advises that your sign has been delivered and signed for today before you left this review which is strange! Can you advise that you have received this, please?
