“My Videoscribe software froze as I attempted to upload the latest version of Videoscribe. After contacting the support team for help, I found the them to be professional and helpful. “My son subscribed to the App for one year, and he doesn't know that he has to cancel it if he doesn't want to use it anymore. His English is not good and he misses the deadline for cancellation. So he was charged for the second year. The customer team helps us to make a cancellation successfully. It is of great help.”

“First of all VideoScribe is a super easy application for anyone to use. Second VideoScribe offer some online tutorials that make the easy application even more easy. Before my registration I had some security questions and raised a request to customer service. Again it was a positive experience, fast and easy to understand answer. And "surprice" they actually followed up a couple of days after to verify their answers was helfull.”

“Jonathan and Oliver were fast responding and very patient with newbie and do-it-yourselfer me. I found their many templates to be a very good starting point to educate me and accelerate my learning curve on the use of their product. I can't comment on how their product compares to other products because I'm not a digital artist or illustrator but as a newbie their product worked for me.”
