“A few things i think would make video scribe better and more user friendly - 1. 'Erase' tool should automatically change to the colour you have changed your background too. 2. A lock image tool would be very useful. 3. Grids with millimetres. Grids should also stay on when saved, exited and reopened. 4. SVG/PNG/JPEG files of my own get very blurred when imported into video scribe - no better when exported. 5. When making longer videos, pressing the back button to get to the beginning of your video scribe is tedious. A scroll bar would also be very useful. 6. Cut button is too close to the set camera button, it makes it very easy to cut something you don't want too, especially when the undo button doesn't work properly. 7. Layering things onto of each other would be good too. Having things pop up at exactly the same time would help.”

“To have not used the tool much yet, but the response time of your support team is horrible. I've had to wait 5 days for responses to my questions. Considering that I have a paid subscription I find this unacceptable”

“Good program to create video - narration. Good points: clear pictures, good selection of hands, camera zoom. Still missing: interface requires too many actions (e.g. in order to save a file or to create a folder), not clear how to set up the dimensions of the canvas (if there is any way - I have not fount one), it is a bit confusing how the camera works. Good program that can be improved more.”

“software system requirements doesm't match with reality. To save my project in video format I must change the computer. I have 4Gb of RAM and I must use computer with 16Gb RAM, only in this case I can save it. Same with project preview. Program systematically crashes when i am previewing my video.”
