Our free-trial lasts for 7 days but if you have a busy week and don't get to spend much time with it we can always offer an extension. I'll get our support team in contact to arrange that.

Not as aspected and I don't liked the watermarks on my video That's why I stopped using it.

Hello D Raj, The watermark is only there during the free-trial, if you purchase a subscription you can re-publish all of the work you have already done without it. Would be really interested in how VideoScribe differs from what you expected in other ways so I will raise a support ticket for you and get in contact.

Tutorials not uploading, get a black box, review box covering screen when trying to read the information.

Had fun 1st day making trial video, but the service sucks. Wasn't able to upload later. Paid for service figuring something would change. Still just get the main sales page and offer for free trial. Have clicked on everything. No way to access ANYTHING, but the tutorial videos, which my screen does not look like. VERY frustrated!

A trial version which the background cannot be changed and the "free version" appears everywhere. Good luck

Hello Jose, Videos will carry a watermark during the 7-day free trial. I've put an example of the watermark on a help forum in case anyone reading this wants to take a closer look (http://help.videoscribe.co/support/discussions/topics/11000021600). Any projects you produce during the trial can be re-published without the watermark if you decide to purchase a subscription. Regards VideoScribe

BUYER BEWARE. They get you onto an a subscription plan and charge your card without you knowing with an increase in price. (READ THE FINE PRINT). Will need recommend or buy from them again. Upon speaking to the rep.....was told that no exceptions made unless someone was dead in the family. What creeps! Spread the news....how companies do business is as important as what they do.....#banSparkol.

Hello Leo, Yes, we do sell our products on a subscription basis. We don't hide that and we always send yearly subscribers reminder emails in the month leading up to the payment. You have received these emails and it is unfortunate if they have been missed or lost in your inbox. Our communications show that you signed up through a '25% off your first year' sale. The checkout page that you used to sign up shows you what you will pay now and in the next years at full price, so that it is clear what subscription plan you are starting. This is why you were charged a higher subscription payment in year 2. Your reference to 'someone dead in the family' seems to be a misinterpretation of our refunds policy which offers some exceptions to help those in extreme circumstances. When you called us you were over a month into the next year of your subscription and that is substantially past the point where we can cancel the contract and refund your payment. You asked for an exception and we explained that there were no exceptional circumstances in your reasons for not cancelling the subscription. Kind Regards VideoScribe

Interface is really laggy and I frequently get the "Not Responding" message. It is severely annoying and not that great of a tool. Best part about it is its price.

There is absolutely no support. We (as a company) have unlimited license and we use Videoscribe from its beginning. There is no day we are not dealing with bugs. We stopped reporting them +- 1 year ago since there were no reactions. Newer versions make it even worse. No matter how powerful computer you have you will struggle. Especially with longer 4+ mins scribes. Sorry guys, nice idea, but terrible app. Hope someone will compete with you on the market soon.

I cancelled my subscription and they took the money out of my account and will not give me a refund. They say once it has been processed they do not refund payments. Even though I cancelled the script prior to them taking the money out.

The product is interesting and, while it is possible to produce acceptable results, the company's very poor customer service makes it a bad value. I can't recommend Videoscribe to anyone and it's best to seek out an alternative. There are many other packages that offer similar functionality.

The videos did not work as they were set out to, every time I contacted support they gave me instructions to do which either made no difference or the program would not permit me to do. Waste of time and money

I find the program to be very buggy. I constantly get a rainbow spiral whenever I attempt to save or move objects anything really. The only reason I am writing this review is because I am waiting patiently for a Videoscribe to finish saving. There is definitely something wrong with this program. I am on a fast machine. The images I have used are small and I have one audio file. Not happy.

I was spammed this morning by Videoscribe, asked without invitation to write a review here and create a false impression of support for Videoscribe. That's a bogus corporate approach to dealing with people I don't appreciate. So congratulations, Videoscribe. You earn one star as a corporation. You have a nice product. Shame you're busting your image with corporate hype machinations.

The product is not useful for me. However, when I requested for a refund within the 7 day trial period, Sparkol came up with various excuses and they did not refund my money. Please be very very careful when you are dealing with Sparkol as they will find some way of not refunding your money. Their priority is to make money, not to find a solution to customer's problem.

Shared a technical problem with the team. They have not been able to resolve it over one month. No option, but have to cancel my subscription.

These app is a real mess, me and my 80 classmates had to do a semestral proyect with these app and no one could do it because the app wouldnt work, it closed with out you being able to save it every 3 seconds and I needed to end up buying the pro version which costs a fortune and endes up also not working, these app was a real waste of my time and money it really made me very angry
