“Ordered a simple cloakroom suite. Turned up a day late and damaged. Emailed to request exchange with no real reply (barring canned responses) for five days. Then told it would be Re-delivered in a further 2 to 10 days - clearly not good enough. Emailed to say that yesterday morning - still no reply. Shocking level of service and my last order with you.”

“Toilet seat was faulty. Waited 4 days for a reply via email. Eventually they did reply and ask for more details about toilet model. I have since replied again twice but they have not followed up any of my replies. 10 days and zero response to any replies I send. My advice is they are fine if everything is ok , but if you get a problem, don't expect a resolution”

“Ordered two radiators that naturally came on a pallet. After taking them indoors the driver simply drive off leaving the pallet and rubbish in the gate! Given they have to go back to a delivery centre at the end of the day, why wasn't it taken away or asked if I was able to dispose of a pallet?”
