“Whilst initially our order and queries were dealt with quickly and effectively, we then ordered a replacement product on the say so and agreement of one of the Victorian Plumbing team members as we believed the wrong code has been included in the initial order, only for exactly the same item to be received in the 2nd order. We are now having to foot the bill of approx. £50 for the returned item. We've expressed our concerns and our beliefs that the costs should be covered by Victorian Plumbing but this has been refused each time - this has left us with a reluctance to use Victorian Plumbing again”

“delivery arranged and was over 24 hours late with no calls from supplier item damaged on arrival, can't reach victorian plumbing -almost 48 hours since i informed you - bathroom being installed, item is needed”

“All went well with my order and then it seemed to get stuck over the weekend in Palletways depot but looking back it was delivered in 3 working days. Delivery by pallet may be the safest method but for a shower screen it seems OTT and is expensive as well as a pain cutting 2 pallets up to get rid of them.”
