I complained to Vibrant doors about the delivery company that they subcontract to but Vibrant were indifferent to the problem. The delivery company claims to offer time slots throughout the day but not so. Last delivery time slot is 1 pm. The delivery company will not give a delivery time indication other than it will be delivered on such and such day but they will phone 1/2 hr before actual delivery takes place on the day. This is useless if the homeowner has to make arrangements with work for relevant time off. I lost 2 delivery time slots on the day because of this. The delivery company did not care at all - take it or leave it attitude. Vibrant did not seem to care at all when I phoned to let them know of this problem. On the 3rd, final occasion when delivery did take place they left the 12 very heavy fire doors at the front door and refused to bring them in "because of Covid". Luckily not raining. The front door opens directly into the street (no front garden at all). I am a 74 yrs old physician so had extreme difficulty in bringing them into the front door lounge. Horrible experience, uncaring company totally disinterested once they had received payment.
