“Unfortunately found ourselves at the emergency vets with our beloved cat willow. I felt the vet was amazing and very sympathetic even given the fact we all knew there was very little that could be done. All options were explained and I was made to feel comfortable in my decision to have my beloved girl pts. I was allowed as much time as I needed with my girl after she had gone to say my goodbyes. Everyone was lovely and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Thank you x”

“They were easy to get in touch with, friendly and kind when we brought our cat to them. They understood his distress and saw him straight away. Hopefully won’t have to use them in the future, but if it is nessecary I will happily do so!”
