“My 16 year old dog Lulu was having life threatening attacks with a blocked airway at the back of her throat. The staff at Vets Now were all extremely helpful,knowledgeable ,caring & professional.Lulu was successfully operated on in spite of her age and having an iregular heartbeat and is now recovering nicely. Many Thanks to all the staff at Vets Now !”

“Looked after our dog after he had emergency surgery while we were away and had nowhere for him to go. Rang them and they took him in for 2 nights until we got back. We were so grateful.”

“The vets were incredibly quick at identifying the problem my pet had, they were then very sympathetic to the situation and explained the options carefully. The reception staff were also great, from dealing with my very panicked phone call to helping me with the insurance claim. I can’t fault the service I received, and I’m very grateful to them for helping me and my pet!”

“What was a very frightening experience as dog poorly and in pain and vets didn’t tell me they no longer did an out of hours ! But they put my mind at rest and dealt with us with kindness and very efficient ! Cannot praise their service enough from the lovely receptionist to the vets who were through and compassionate throughout ! Thank you for all your help much appreciated”

“Thankyou for your honesty on my dog as pdsa wanted me to carry on with my dog for another night and you told me it’s better for him not to suffer as no matter what my dog was not going to make it through the night I thankyou for that as that meant I could be with him when he passed not let him die on his own with a stranger, thankyou for looking after my dog when I couldn’t, and especially thankyou to the kind vet who assisted with my dog Chico that night on the 18th of August 2018, and the care you had given him on the previous nights.”
