“So far I am happy with the service, my only point is, usually if you come in for an appointment, in my experience the follow up one is free but it doesn’t seem to be the case here at Companion Care.”

“My dog was old and at the end of her life one evening we had to Rush her to Vets now in Witham, I couldn’t fault them they were wonderful in every way with her and us. She had as peaceful a death as possible in the circumstances. Everyone there was so kind to Blossom and us.”

“Myself and my fiancé visited your Glasgow branch very late last night with our hamster, Loki, who was going downhill very quickly. We were seen almost immediately by the vet and she was so kind and thoughtful even though we had to have our lovely boy put to sleep. I want to thank the whole team in the Glasgow branch on North Street inside the PDSA hospital for being so caring and wonderful, you made an awful night a lot more manageable. Thank you.”

“I used your practice on a very hard night, Sept 15th. My darling KC Cavaliar was run over and killed and you were the only point of call to help me. I transported his body to you with a supportive friend and the girl I saw to discuss cremation was very patient and very kind. Its what I needed. I could take as long as I wanted with him and I got to say goodbye privately. The help, empathy and care I and Koopa recieved was excellent. Thank you so much. Regards Jessica Mills”

“I have had a few pets that have went over the rainbow and the service you provided was very good most of the people I spoke to sounded sincere, only once did I feel like it was just another day at the office for the person in the other end of the phone, that did upset me about.”

“The service was excellent from the first point of contact to the visit to the on-call emergency vets. I would like to mention that Peter who answered the phone to me was so caring and really tried his best to help me with ideas about how to actually get Max to the surgery. Emma and the staff at the vets were also lovely, and gave Max excellent care.”

“Whilst minding my brothers dog, after surgery at another practise, the dog went into toxic shock. The vet on call was excellent and spoke with my brother, who was working abroad, at length and was very thorough in her explanation and reassuring what was best for dog. I found her very supportive to my husband and i and honest but in a very caring way”
