Whilst minding my brothers dog, after surgery at another practise, the dog went into toxic shock. The vet on call was excellent and spoke with my brother, who was working abroad, at length and was very thorough in her explanation and reassuring what was best for dog. I found her very supportive to my husband and i and honest but in a very caring way
