The service was excellent from the first point of contact to the visit to the on-call emergency vets. I would like to mention that Peter who answered the phone to me was so caring and really tried his best to help me with ideas about how to actually get Max to the surgery. Emma and the staff at the vets were also lovely, and gave Max excellent care.
