“I emailed this company with make of car and reg to insure i ordered the correct mats so I could personalise them. I was told 2006-2013 so I confidentially ordered mats with my name and they are completely wrong mats!! I couldnt be anymore mad at this and obviously I cnt return coz thry have my name on!!”

We've searched our customer service records using your name and email address, but we can't find any previous enquiry from you asking us to confirm the correct mats for your vehicle before ordering. We also can't find any contact from you after the mats were delivered to let us know there was a problem. Had you contacted us first, we would have been more than happy to investigate and help. If you did contact us and we've somehow missed the record, or if you have an email from us advising the incorrect model, please forward the email to us and we'll replace the mats free of charge. Even if it turns out the error wasn't ours, we'd still like the opportunity to help. Please get in touch with our customer service team (info@vehiclematsuk.com) and we'll investigate what has happened. “Excellent service. Sign up for an account when you order as you can track progress from receipt of order through to delivery of you mats. The website is easy to use and they have loads of options, the quailty is great and prices are very competitive. I'm not to going to need any more mats for a while, but I'll definitely use the again.”

“This is the second order I have had from this company, very pleased with the price and the quality of the mats. Would be great to be able to buy an individual mat instead having to buy a set, I only needed a replacement for the drivers side but as I didn't want to use another company, I have had to buy a whole set. Ordering is very easy and delivery time of 5-7 days more than acceptable bearing in mind my order was personalised. Also, communication is good as you're kept up to date on the progress of the order.”
