“To be totally honest I am very disapointed wuith the walk through carpet may I ordered. I did not opt for the cheapest or even the second cheapest and went for what i thought would be a good quality caerpet mat. The item arrived and the only way to descruibe it is cheap. It has absolutly NO pile at all. Carpet it supose to have pile, its carpet after all not rubber. This mat is as flat as a pancack anmd looks drab. If i had gone for the cheapest I would accept it but I cant see how you could get any a flatter pile so should have as this is horrible. Thje photos on the site are nothing like the mats sent. They show carpet not flat felt. This is my order: SKU: SYS2355-Luxury-Grey-Green/Black Stripe Step 1: Mat Material/Grade Luxury +£24.00 Step 2: Colour/Material Grey Carpet Step 3: Trim Colour Green / Black Stripe +£3.45 The wiord Luxury should mean just that, PILE !!! Sorry, I hardly ever complain about anything but for what I paid this it's terrible.”

Our Luxury grade mats are made from a short, tight pile automotive carpet, which is designed to be hard-wearing and easy to clean. Unlike domestic carpets, automotive carpet is manufactured for durability rather than a soft, fluffy feel. It’s a common misconception that a higher grade carpet will always have a taller pile. In reality, a short, dense pile carpet is often far superior and more durable than a taller pile carpet, which is why this type of material is widely used in automotive interiors. Our Luxury grade mats are 8mm thick with a 900gsm carpet weight, making them thicker and heavier than our Standard grade, and these specifications are listed on the product page to help customers compare the different options available. That said, we completely understand that expectations of materials can vary. If the mat doesn’t meet your expectations, please simply reply to my email and I’ll happily arrange a pre-paid return label so the mat can be returned for a full refund. Kind regards, Chris

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the driver's mat doesn't appear to fit correctly. We haven’t received any contact from you about this issue yet, but we would be very happy to investigate it and arrange a replacement mat if needed. Occasionally vehicles can have different fixing clip types or slightly different spacing depending on model year or factory specification, but once we have a quick look at a photo and a couple of measurements we can normally identify the correct template and resolve the issue quickly. We include our contact details and instructions on the delivery note with every order so that any problems can be reported and sorted as quickly as possible.
