“Really pleased with the mats. Sadly EVRI failed to deliver them saying they had tried three times and noone was in so had returned them to the sender. I was in and the instruction if I was out was to leave them outside the back door. I have a ring doorbell which takes a video of anyone who comes through the gates. Not once did anyone come from EVRI. The sender was brilliant and then used the post office to deliver them. They came promptly and the postman obviously had no problem finding my address and leaving them outside the back door. So I am really pleased with the mats and also how quickly the sender sorted out them being delivered again using the post office rather than EVRI. This is the third occasion when EVRI have failed to deliver goods to me from different senders. On all three occasions they delivered them to an incorrect address and postcode. The should make sure their delivery drivers can read.”

“Chris is a gentleman of the highest integrity, running a 100% honest company that genuinely strives to the max to keep customers happy! My wife (Iwona) complained about his bespoke-made rubber car mats for my 1997 RAV4 VX, due the "horrid rubber smell" (I've since re-christened her "Karen" 😄). When I complained vehemently to Chris, fully expecting resistance, he instantly offered a refund or exchange, no argument at all. "Karen" wanted a refund, but Chris was so decent I went with the exchange instead - and he even threw in a free pre-paid postage label so I wasn't out a tenner! Rare treatment nowadays. Chris and his business deserve every success. So thanks Chris for kindly making my life a bit easier on this stressful, insane piece of rock in the middle of outer space! 🙂”
